We needed a place to stay overnight and are not sorry we selected Comfort Inn Warsaw. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to deal with. Our double-bed room was nice and clean. We appreciated that there were two chairs--one desk chair and one upholstered chair, so we could both sit down without sitting on the beds. It is not mentioned in the description, but it does have elevators. A selection of restaurants is located around this exit from US-30.

Outdated and gross, far below expected Choice Hotel standards

I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best when booking this hotel. It seems like there are a limited amount of decent options in the area. We had to stay in the vicinity overnight so we took a chance. It was so disappointing overall, even the kids were grossed out. Positives: The breakfast was decent. The room layout was nice. Negatives: Everything else. The room was filthy. There wasn't garbage laying around or anything, but all of the surfaces had a greasy film on them. The linens were stained. The room had a moldy/ musty scent to it, enough to give us all a headache. The floors were so filthy, after walking throughout the room after 10 minutes, our kids' feet were dirty enough that when you wiped them, it left a dark grey mark on it towels. The light in the parking lot went on and off every few minutes all night long. The people at the front desk seemed stressed/frazzled, although they were friendly. In the last decade of travel, this was the grossest hotel we've stayed in. The hallways had a scent of smoke. We did not see the pool, so I can't comment on that. This hotel seems poorly managed and cared for. If it were to undergo a deep cleaning with repairs to damage and age, it would be a whole different place. I'm sure at one time it was nice, but that wasn't our experience at all. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The breakfast was very good it had a nice selection. The beds were comfy and cozy. The room felt clean too. The hotel is nice, there’s a hangout area in the middle of the building and a pool and sauna.

Comfort Inn, Warsaw, Indiana is where we will stay when in Warsaw. The staff are friendly, kind and professional. The room are clean, breakfast is very good and amenities are very good (pool, sauna, exercise room, meeting rooms). Great quality for a reasonable rate.

We stayed here for a weekend for a basketball tournament at Warsaw High School. If you are in the same boat, this is an excellent location about 10 minutes away and there are not many hotels, so this beats the drive from Ft. Wayne. The good: Location as I mentioned. The pool area is really good and well maintained (although there were no towels when we went...more on that later). The breakfast is good with a waffle iron, eggs, breakfast meat, biscuits, ect. Good selection and really quick before we're out to sit in a gym all day. The beds, albeit a bit small if you get 2 doubles are comfortable. The bad: Our room smelled of smoke and we needed to go out and get febreeze to battle it all weekend. The room itself is dated and I'm sure the smell was coming from the curtains that were likely from the Reagan administration. The TVs are rather small in comparison to other hotels...it would have been nicer to have a little larger there. We were there on a weekend, we had a towel a person and repeatedly asked for more towels as were many other guest and never got any. I understand it was a busy weekend but using the same towel for a weekend (and having to use it at the pool) was not great. All in all, not a bad hotel if you are in a similar situation...I wish I owned this hotel...with some updates and renovations, this could be the bell of the ball. As such, its just a decent standard hotel....hoping you don't get the room that someone smoked 43 cartons of coffin nails in.
